By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Agreement
By registering for an event, membership, ceremony, or other offering through Her Sanctuary, you agree to honor the policies outlined below. All offerings are rooted in sacred space and community care, and we ask that you arrive with the same integrity with which they are created.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
If you are unable to attend an event or session, you may:
Request to gift or transfer your ticket to another woman (email us with her name and contact info)
In some cases, request a credit toward a future offering (subject to approval and availability)
3. Membership Terms (if applicable)
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Respect for Sacred Space
Her Sanctuary is a space of reverence, inclusion, and mutual respect.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, space, or community platform who is disruptive, disrespectful, or harms the sacred container in any way.
Discrimination, harassment, or violations of community guidelines will result in removal without refund.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in any Her Sanctuary offering, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to release Her Sanctuary Collective LLC., and its facilitators from any liability for injury, loss, or damages that may occur as a result of participation.
6. Confidentiality & Consent
What is shared in sacred circle stays in sacred circle. We honor confidentiality and expect all participants to do the same.
By participating, you consent to the use of photos/videos taken during the offering for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
